Sharks have Burns, Murray, Irwin, Stuart, Vlasic, with better 6th and 7th dmen than the Rangers. zzzzzzzzzzzzGilroy and eminger are awful, and they just waived Bickel. Again, you say they need offense, Gaborik won't score more goals for you than Boyle?

Re: NHL Trade Rumors: Dan Boyle, New York Rangers, Derek Roy, Dallas Stars

The Dan Boyle 'rumors' are all from the east coast and none of them are from San Jose. If you watch the sharks at all you would understand that trading him would totally obliterate the blue line. They would have to get a very good D man in return so the rumors make no sense at all. Over the summer maybe but again SJ would have to sign/acquire a puck moving D man to move Dan Boyle. It isn't surprising though that the east coast biased media has no idea what is actually happening with the sharks. The sharks need offense. Moving a offensive D makes literally no sense.

Re: NHL Trade Rumors: Calgary Flames Interested In Philadelphia Flyers Matt Read?

Corrected the mistake. Seattle would be more feasible, but since I doubt Gallacher could pull that off, I'd much rather see them stay in Phoenix.

Re: NHL Trade: New York Rangers Trade Mike Rupp To Minnesota Wild For Darroll Powe And Nick Palmieri

Good trade for NYR

Re: NHL Trade Rumors: Edmonton Oilers Could Be Interested In Ben Bishop

Bishop would be a great pick up for the oilers. Actually he was the best player in the team and in the whole league. He scored 5 and had 6 assists in only 6 games for the Adlers. I am convinced he will help the sabres.

Re: Collective Bargaining Agreement Talks Between NHL And NHLPA Have Broken Down

There is no way the players should be receiving 57% of league revenue. No other pro sport gives that much to the players. Cut it down the middle at 50%:50%. If the players don't like it lock them out. I love my hockey...but the salaries are ridiculous.
